Monitoring a VPS can be a hard duty. You either have to do the job yourself , in other words commit your valuable time to keeping an eye on your virtual server, or, alternatively, you have to arrange a third–party tool whose sole responsibility will be to keep an eye on your virtual server. And this is exactly where our Managed Services package can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our custom monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the basic tasks. And in case of a service problem, our server administrators will be notified at once and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the simplest mission on earth. You will either need to use some other server or your personal computer, or assign a 3rd–party software. We offer a considerably easier way with our Managed Services package. We’ll make a full backup copy of your virtual server once a week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any essential info. And we can always retrieve a backup very fast. All our backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure particular software on it. And if this seems like something way too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Managed Services deal, is definitely the right solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our trained technical support engineers who will install any software application or resolve any problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With our KVM VPS Plans, it’s an extra feature.
