Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your email boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply specify the email account you would like to forward email messages from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
